we loved our fairly nice staying. the hotel was tidy and huge. unbeatable location to barrio bellavista. the room was designer, unique. staff was willing to help and absolutely amazing. the continental breakfast was tasty and had excellent food.
Though we paid $ 19 per 24 hours to access the net Wi-Fi was very poor.

The pool was heated and the staff was super friendly. I enjoyed their surprisingly good breakfast with a view on Santiago. Best possible location on a hill overlooking the city across the bridge. .
